Meet our crew of professional event organisers and coordinators

Our team has more than 20 years of combined experience of working in the events industry.

Drawing from our experience in various types of events (weddings, sporting events, expeditions, seminars, incentive trips…), we know how to listen and bring to life your every wish!

Surrounded by our own team of qualified mountain guides, all with years of experience in guiding around the world, we have the best expertise on hand.

Estelle De Paoli

Event Manager

Estelle is a long term Chamoniarde who has traveled the four corners of the world. She is a highly experienced events manager, having planned and delivered luxury weddings and corporate events for many years.
She has a keen eye for detail, vast experience working in the luxury event market all over Europe, and has organized events from 5 to 500 people, so you can be confident in the knowledge that you are in the safest of hands when it comes to the management of your corporate event.
Combining her passion for the mountains, her love for meeting new people, and her extensive knowledge and understanding of the local area, she is the perfect person to take care of the planning, organisation, and management of your events from start to finish.

Sebastien Rougegré

Event Director

Director and owner of Chamonix Experience and Chamex Events, Sébastien is a UIAGM mountain guide, ski guide, ski instructor and an active climber.

He started his professional career as a PGHM mountain rescuer in Chamonix, before making the decision to become a full-time mountain guide. 

Sébastien has planned many various worldwide events: from expeditions to sporting and media events, over the last 20 years. His experience in the field and knowledge as a mountain guide makes him the perfect event director. His primary role at Chamex Events is the conception of our inspiring mountain activities, the management and assessment of all aspects of safety, and the organisation of our team of fully qualified mountain professionals.

Blanka Sepulveda

event coordinator

Born in Cesky Tesin, Czech Republic, Blanka travelled the world before arriving in Chamonix in 2003.

It was her passion for climbing that drove her to this town but she enjoys many different sports and still loves to travel. Rock climber, skier, occasional horse rider, diver and surfer with love for the mountains and nature.

Blanka started to work at the Chamonix Experience office in 2014, after finishing her studies in Natural Sciences.

Being the office manager at Chamex for over 10 years she has been coordinating many guiding trips over these years. Dealing with international clientele and in close relationship with different subcontractors in the Chamonix Valley (hotels, transfer companies, restaurants…).
She is excelling in logistics management.

Whether it is airport transfers, in-resort taxis, or shuttle buses to get you to and from your activity, we can organise a smooth and reliable service so that you can relax and enjoy the ride.


What we do best! We design unique and carefully planned activity programmes to suit all members of your group. Challenging team-building events, fun outdoor adventures, or relaxing spa sessions are possible all year round.


We are based in Chamonix and have close relationships with many hotels and chalets in the valley. Our local knowledge will help us to pick the right property for your group. From comfortable mid-range hotels to luxury chalets, we can propose a range of options to meet your budget and requirements. Additional facilities such as conference rooms, presentation equipment, swimming pools, spas, and so on can all be organised on request.

Lift Passes & Equipment

With various options to choose from depending on the activities that you plan to do, the choices can be a bit bewildering. We’ll advise on the best options for your group and will reserve them on your behalf, so that you don’t waste time queuing to collect them.


Capture the best moments of your trip with a professional photographer on hand to record the highlights. These can then be used for your marketing purposes or as souvenirs of an incredible experience.


Leave the restaurant reservations and mountain lunch breaks to us. We can recommend our favorite places and ensure that they have availability for your group. Likewise, we can take care of private catering for your business events whether it be a casual buffet or a gourmet picnic in the mountains.
